👉Global Hunger Index 2023: India ranks 111th on Global Hunger Index 2023; India has a score of 28.7, indicating a serious level of hunger. The country came after neighboring countries Pakistan (102nd), Bangladesh (81st), Nepal (69th) and Sri Lanka (60th). However, India fared better than South Asia and Africa South of the Sahara, which recorded a score of 27 each.

👉Global Innovation Index 2023(GII): released by WIPO(world Intellectual Property organization. India is at the 40th rung, the same as it was in last year 2022. Switzerland tops the list.
👉Food safety Index 2023: Kerala has topped the Food Safety Index 2022-23, replacing Tamil Nadu which has slipped to third position.
Punjab stood in the second position in the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)’s 5th State Food Safety Index (SFSI), which was released on Wednesday by Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on the occasion of World Food Day, Last year,
Tamil Nadu was in the top position among 20 larger states, followed by Gujarat and Maharashtra. In 2020-21, Gujarat was in top position, followed by Kerala and then Tamil Nadu in the third position.
👉National Institutes Ranking Framework 2023: continuously 5th time IIT Madras is at the top place while Indian Institute of Science is the best University in India.
👉Global Corruption Perception Index: India at 85 places, same as on last time, viz. no change. The corruption Perceptions Index in India remained unchanged at 40 index points in 2022. The maximum level was 41 index points and the minimum was 26.3 index points. Data published Yearly by Transparency International.
👉World Happiness Report 2023: According to the 2023 World Happiness Report, Finland is the happiest country in the world for the sixth year in a row. India's position in the World Happiness Report has improved from 136 to 126.
👉Hanley Passport Index: The Henley Passport Index is a global ranking of countries according to the travel freedom enjoyed by the holders of that country's ordinary passport for its citizens. The recent ranking gives N0.1 position to Japan, whereas the Indian passport has the rank of 85th.
