👉INDO-PACIFIC ARMIES CHIEFS CONFERENCE (IPACC): organised by the Indian Army with the US Army as the co-host culminated today in New Delhi. The event witnessed participation from 30 countries. 18 countries were represented by Chiefs of their respective Armies and 12 countries were represented by Heads of Delegations. The event provided an opportunity for the delegates to exchange ideas and views on security and other contemporary issues of mutual interest, with core efforts directed to promote ‘Peace and Stability’ in the Indo-Pacific region.

👉G 20 summit 2023: The G20 summit 2023 was held in India,that was 18th meet. The next conference will be hosted by Brazil in 2024.

OUTCOMES:

1) Earlier, it has 19 nations and one group viz. European Union(it has 28 nations). Thus, giving an effective number to 47. This year another group viz. African Union (having a no. of 55 nations), thus making the total no. as 19 + 28 + 55 =1o2.

2) With the proposed India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor,  goods from India will have an easy reach to European Market.

3) A "Global Biofuel Alliance"  has been proposed to mitigate the effects of climate change, inflation in fuel prices etc.

👉National Science Conference: held at Nagpur University, it was the 108th one. 1st one was held in 1914 at Kolkata university, and the last one was held in Banglore.

👉Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas: organized in Indore(M.P.) during 8-10 Jan), Cooperative Republic of Guyana president Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali was the chief guest at the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas convention.

👉Voice of the global South Summit 2023: at New Delhi.👉12th World Hindi Conference: It will be the 12th one at Nandi (Fiji).
