👉Adani affair to be looked into by a committee: the panel will have 6 members. CJI DY Chandrachud said the committee will suggest measures to strengthen frameworks and investigate the Adani issue. It includes Nandan Nilekani, the Infosys co-founder, and former ICICI chief KV Kamath.
It will be monitored by former Supreme Court judge A.M. Sapre.
