=>Kerala leads for free Education up to graduation: In a landmark move, the Kerala government has announced free education up to the graduate level in the State.

A total of ₹259.09 crore has been allocated for strengthening university activities under the Higher Education department

=>Recent amendments in Article 21: The latest significant judgment on Article 21 (Right to Life) is from late January 2026, where the Indian Supreme Court ruled that the right to menstrual health and hygiene is a fundamental part of the Right to Life (Article 21), directing all schools to provide free biodegradable sanitary napkins, gender-segregated hygiene facilities, and promoting awareness to end stigma. This expands the scope of Article 21 to ensure dignified existence, education, and health for girls and women. There has been many amendments/Judgements in this Article:



=>The SHANTI Bill 2026: The SHANTI Bill (Sustainable Harnessing and Advancement of Nuclear Energy for Transforming India) is a landmark 2025 Indian legislation passed by Parliament to overhaul the nation's nuclear energy laws, opening the state-controlled sector to private and foreign participation, streamlining regulation, and removing supplier liability to boost clean energy capacity towards 2047, while establishing a graded liability framework for operators and ensuring safety through the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB).
